Asia Technology & Talent Foundation has been established as a non-profit charitable institution registered with the Govt. of India with twin objectives. Firstly, to serve the world of science and secondly, providing employment opportunities through web based database for everyone. Accordingly, the web portal under the domain of www.techtal.org consists of two sections. One provides the database on scientific research around the world. The other section provides information about employment opportunities.

Database on scientific research is an endeavor to proliferate the Scientific Research and facilitate its commercial transfer from research institutions to application level, for the welfare of scientific fraternity and also for the benefit of the industry. This database on successful and original research work will provide commercial viability to Research Projects and help scientific fraternity in earning decent financial reward.

Individual researchers, government institutions and research facilities in private sector can all enroll absolutely free of charge and place information online in web database provided under the domain www.techtal.org by Asia Technology & Talent Foundation.

Through database on employment opportunities, the Foundation will provide global mobility of human resources for their best application. Institutions looking for appropriate human resources will be immensely benefited by the services of the foundation as these services are not subject to any cost to either job seekers or job providers. The add-on facilities in this section will include undertaking of specific services at the request of employers.

This is first of its kind facility ever provided by a charitable organization established by group of professionals from the field of technology and finance. Database information will greatly benefit both new and existing industrial enterprises and every common person.

Jain, a technocrat who has been associated with research work throughout his career and Mr. A. K.
